Products sold at a offer price includes Discounts and Shipping charges.We do understand the error may be from customer end like wrongly selection of products by mistake,or others,My Edubag understand this error and they have made a policy as follows:
A customer can fill our product return form by clicking on Customer service tab at the bottom of our home page or sending a mail on email@example.com mentioning the details like order no.products ordered and price.Return process has to be initiated in 3 working days after receiving or 10 working days after dispatch.
A)If the product received by you is not in proper condition like damage/torn,then you are not required to pay any additional charge and will be replaced
B) if you have ordered a wrong product and now want to get it exchange then the shipping charges will be beared by the customer.but the same is to be initiated within 3 days of receing it.
MyEdubag gives some free gifts to the customer qualifying the criteria of receiving gifts from us.We dont replace the gifts!
